eLearning Solutions (eLS), is a company leveraging digital technology to design, deliver and deploy learning and training solutions. The company provides a platform for organizations and Institutions to conduct their capacity building programs and training online. The company offers consultancy services in the development of curriculum, training programs, interactive digital resources and technologies, including for learners with special needs and learning management systems among others. The company also works with recruitment agencies and Tertiary Institutions to equip the young people with requisite 21st Century Soft skills in readiness for the world of work as well as for self-employment through its ELSAT Hub training arm.

Identification of content
e.g. psychosocial training content for the identified target audience (parents’/care givers, teachers, chaplains, education officers, peer educators)
Development of storyboards
Scripting of the courses/content to include multi-media aspects and the subject matter
Learning Management System Solutions
Customization and configuration of the LMS for the project
Collection of data
for the required materials, videos, audio, illustrations, simulations, animations etc.
Production and packaging
Production and packaging both online and offline courses and content.
Editing, pilot testing and revision
This involves testing the programs with a few users for improvements before roll out
Compilation and authoring
Putting together all the content into an online course and authoring it into the platform
Recruitment Collaboration
We collaborate with recruiters who are responsible for local and international job opportunities. Our goal is to ensure that new hires are well-prepared for their roles by providing them with our comprehensive 21st-century soft skills training. We provide self-paced NITA accredited short courses. Topics range from ICT literacy and business to online marketing and personal development.

Els Apprentice training Hub(Elsat Hub) offers self-paced and interactive courses on smart knacks for life; a must have in the world of work.
