Job Summary

We are seeking to hire aggressive sales executives who will be tasked with increasing sales, generating revenue and increasing our Brand visibility.

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 1 year
  • Must have ability to lead and manage a team
  • Willingness to travel and work out of the office.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales quotas.
  • Ready to work under less supervision
  • Hands-on experience with LMS software is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities 

  1. Have the ability to structure an entire sales deal under minimum supervision
  2. Plan, prepare and present persuasive approaches and pitches to potential clients
  3. Identify and grow opportunities by achieving set sales targets
  4. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  5. Follow up with customers to ensure achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and Establish long term relationships with clients
  6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  7. Providing regular activity / performance reports
  8. Revenue generation through initiating and pursuing leads on sales to conclusion
  9. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
